This ground floor, one bedroom apartment is located in Tennis Lodges at the Polo Club, within walking distance to community heated pool. A beautiful water view can be enjoyed from the patio. You will find everything you'll need during your stay, including linens, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, washer/dryer inside the apartment, cable and wifi. Other charges: $200 utilities flat fee per month, $250 cleaning fee, and security deposit. All payments are due upfront.
