The screened Patio is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping with direct access to the pool area. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. Minimum rental term per association is 90 days. $3000/M for stays 6 months+, shorter stays will be $3500/M. Pets are allowed, however, there will be an extra charge of $100.00 per pet per month. All pets must be approved by the Landlord and Association. Dogs-no agressive breeds. Association approval is required including credit and background checks. Unit has a Trundle Bed and can sleep 6.
